Frank C. Gilmore
After a year-long trial court clerkship in Nevada’s Second Judicial District Court, Frank spent more than fifteen years with the Reno firm of Robison, Sharp, Sullivan & Brust. Frank is an accomplished trial attorney with substantial courtroom experience at every level of State and Federal Courts in both Nevada and California. He focuses his practice on commercial disputes, business formation and consulting, corporate dissolution, partnership torts, and complex divorce filings with an emphasis on corporate asset division.
He received his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Henry E. Collier Law Scholarship and was an Executive Editor of the award-winning Oregon Law Review. Prior to law school, Frank received a degree in Political Science from Portland State University.
Frank was one of only a few Reno attorneys to receive the “Rising Stars” distinction for Top Attorneys in the Mountain States, as published in Salt Lake Magazine, and was nominated as a Family Law “Top 10 Under 40” by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys.
Frank has made a name for himself in the courtroom, trying dozens of cases to verdict in the last several years. In addition to his trial experience he has argued five cases to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco and Pasadena, California, and presented oral argument to to the Nevada Supreme Court en banc, Frank has delivered millions of dollars in verdicts for his clients while also securing comprehensive defense verdicts in complicated commercial cases.
An avid traveler, Frank has explored all over the world while chasing his passions for golf, sailing, and diving. He is the proud father of five children and two step-children. When he is not golfing, he is touring the world with his cricket team, the Marin Cricket Club from the Bay Area.

Grant Gilmore
For over a decade Grant has been representing individuals facing abusive debt collection, erroneous credit reporting and other predatory business practices. Having argued cases before the Utah Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for Utah, Grant specializes in negotiating and litigating consumer contract disputes.
His reputation as a strong advocate for consumer rights earned Grant a “Rising Star” honor for the Mountain States.
Grant obtained his law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon where he was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient and earned a business law certificate. An avid fan of film and music, he founded the Lewis & Clark Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Society and served as its first president.
Prior to opening his firm, Grant clerked for the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Civil Division where he worked on issues ranging from property rights to freedom of speech.
Grant lives with his wife and two young sons in Oregon’s Coast Range and spends his free time exploring the woods, battling blackberry thickets, and recreating on the Nehalem River.
